The Margate Pier is opposite the complex and is a popular fishing spot where catches of Salmon, Barracuda, Kingfish and Sharks are made regularly. Watch the dolphins chase the sardines past the pier during the annual sardine run, when the little silver fish pass close to the pier.
The three bedroom, two bathroom flat is only a short walk to Margate Main Beach (500m) away. The kitchen is open plan with granite counter tops. The lounge and main bedroom both lead out onto the enclosed patio with sea views of Margate pier.
