Balooga 1 is a luxury sea front, 7 sleeper ground floor flat in Margate on the South Coast of KZN. There is a lovely sea view from the patio, lounge and main bedroom. The sea is directly in front of Balooga and Margate Beach is only about 600m away. You can walk to Margate town and the Margate Pier from the beautifully furnished four bedroom apartment. The upmarket self-catering holiday home is equipped WiFi, internet and an inverter to power the TV, WiFi router and DSTV decoder during load shedding. The kitchen is open plan with granite counter tops and Cherry wood fittings and has a back up gas two plate burner should the electricity go off.
All the bedrooms have rechargeable backup light bulbs to assist you during load shedding. The main bedroom of Balooga 1 has sliding doors that open onto the patio with a sea view. It has a queen sized bed with an en-suite bathroom with a bath and a shower. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The third bathroom has a bath and a shower. The 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds and the 4th has a single bed. Â The main bedroom and patio open onto the lawn in front. The complex is fully fenced and secure.
