About this listing

Martheo 8 is 3 bedroom, six sleeper self-catering duplex on Lawrence Rocks road in Margate on the popular Hibiscus Coast. The wonderfully situated holiday home is on Margate seafront and a short walk to the Margate Pier. There is no swimming pool; however there is a tidal pool in front of the complex.  The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, cutlery and crockery. There is DSTV selective channels provided and a lock up garage with an additional parking bay in front of the garage.  The patio is off the living room and has a built-in braai area with a small sea view.

The main bedroom and 2nd bedrooms have a double beds and the third bedroom has 2 singles. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower and loo and another with a bath and a loo. Martheo 8 has a sea view from the main bedroom patio, a small sea views from the main & 2nd bedroom patios as well as the downstairs patio which is off the lounge.

The Margate Pier is a world renown fishing spot with incredible catches throughout the year. The beautiful beaches and subtropical climate make Margate a popular holiday destination throughout the year.
