We understand that it is sometimes unavoidable to cancel a booking and you in turn should understand that it is essential that we be advised in time so that we may take other bookings. The provisions pertaining to cancellation are important, and you should read them and ensure that you understand what they signify. If you do not understand anything contained in these provisions, please speak to a manager of the establishment, who will explain them to you and answer any questions that you may have.
In the event of notification of cancellation, the following cancellation fees shall apply:
Cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival : 30% of the full accommodation charge.
Cancelled less than 21 days prior to arrival : 50% of the full accommodation charge.
Cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival : 80% of the full accommodation charge.
Cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival : 100% of the full accommodation charge.
No Show bookings : 100% of the full accommodation charge.
